Refreshed by the salty air of the Mediterranean, its naturally nutrient-rich clay soil offers an ideal environment for olive growing.
We cultivate Arberquina.
Famous for its lack of bitterness, this variety of olive is in no way inferior to its Catalan neighbour and ancestor. Brought to Tunisian soil, it blended perfectly with our fertile land.
From this fine association, a delicate, aromatic and fruity product is extracted, intuitively combined with the finesse and balance of Mediterranean cuisine.
This twenty-sixth parcel provides an exclusive product that we naturally chose to share.
Present at all stages of the fruit processing, we are involved from tree to mill, starting at the harvest of the olive all the way to its bottling.
Meticulous selection of the harvested trees, traditional hand picking, strict methods to sort out the best fruits, rigorous control of grinding times and nectar extraction temperatures.
Strict compliance with these requirements guarantees the superior quality of our extra virgin olive oils.
But our project is also deeply rooted in ethical and sustainable preoccupations such as the fair and just remuneration of our partners, the promotion and development of small-scale farming and local social networking.
